At Unnaaty we carefully gift wrap all our products using eco-friendly materials, including recycled cardboard and paper packing tape. 

We at Unnaaty hope that you will love your purchase however, if you would like to return the products for any reason, write an email to us at info@unnaaty.com within 30 days of the product been delivered to you and a member of our team will be there to assist you throughout the process and make it hassle free for you at every step. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we would not be able to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned because of their intimate or sanitary nature for example, earrings. Additional non-returnable and non-refundable items: Gift cards To complete your return, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase attached to the return request email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, we would advise you to first check with your bank and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@unnaaty.com. Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges In case you have received any product that is defective or damaged, write to us at info@unnaaty.com within 7 working days from the date of delivery and we will be happy to send a replacement if the same product is in stock. If the product to be replaced is not available, we would offer an option of gift-card or refund for the defective or damaged product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary and we would notify you about it on the exchange confirmation email. Incase of refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the products to be exchanged. If you opt for a gift-card, it will be sent to your email address within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the products to be exchanged. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. We would recommend using tracked postal service while returning the products. If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
