All custom orders are non-refundable. If you have any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us through the messaging function at Legacy Marketplace, our team is ready to assist you. To make returns for blank (non-printed) items, it is essential that you first notify us your request through the messaging function at Legacy Marketplace, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests made through other channels or after the 14 days will not be accepted. Return products must be supplied with their original packing and in perfect and resaleable condition, a refund will be made within 14 days after we have received the return products.
No cancellation requests will be accepted for items which have been customised or modified to your specification. For blank (non-printed) items, you can cancel the order within 14 days after the goods have been delivered you. You must inform us your cancellation requests through the messaging function at Legacy Marketplace within the 14 days, requests made through any other channels will not be accepted.
