Bio
Notpla are a team made up of engineers, chemists, and entrepreneurs on a mission to make packaging disappear. Based in East London, we make a variety of packaging solutions to replace single-use plastic.
Ooho will be are delivered in large gastronorms (325x265x100mm), which will need to be returned following your event. This is so we can reuse them over and over again and avoid any unnecessary waste.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns.
We are able to offer a refund or send a replacement for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible after receiving the order should this be the case.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days prior to the shipment of the order. Following this we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds.
