All our packaging is recyclable/reusable/biodegradable/compostable. Please find some more information on our sustainable packaging below.

• Signature leafy boxes – Produced by FSC accredited partner made using recycled card and fully recyclable. Designed by our team to fit the products perfectly. No unnecessary fillers are used in our boxes.
• Luxury white gift boxes - Made with 40% recycled content, these gift boxes are recyclable and perfect to reuse as a keepsake or storage box. 
• Wicker hampers – Our beautiful wicker hampers are recyclable and will naturally biodegrade once the straps are removed.
• Wrapping paper - Our tissue papers are manufactured with nearly 100% post-industrial, recycled raw materials.
• Ribbon – Made of OKEO-TEX® Standard 100 approved satin, which means the fabric has been tested and certified to be free from harmful levels of more than 100 substances known to be harmful to human health. Ribbons can be reused and biodegradable ribbons are coming in early 2023.
• Shredded paper – used only where absolutely necessary to protect the products. Made from wood-free uncoated paper it is recyclable and biodegradable.
• Paper wrap – Made from FSC® certified paper pulp. It’s biodegradable, industrially compostable, and fully recyclable.
• Protective bottle sleeves - 100% recyclable.
• Outer packaging – We always pick the right size box for your products. We've become experts at efficient packing to optimise and reduce void space in our parcels.
• Gift message cards/photocards – Printed in our warehouse to order. The photos can be used as a keepsake by framing them.
• Tape, stickers, raffia – We only use recyclable kraft paper tape, paper stickers and raffia that are fully recyclable.

Please send the item back in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Once received back, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Order can be cancelled before dispatch. Orders can not be cancelled after item has been dispatched.
