Facial Ritual Kit No Min Order

All our products are recyclable. We bottle all of our products using amber glass as it offers the best overall protection for the integrity of the product. We offer a choice of closures so you are able to pick what works best for you. The pipettes and pumps are made from glass and PET plastic which is recyclable. We also provide the option of an aluminium cap for every product. This ensures that repeat customers are getting a refillable option without the worry of using too much plastic. We strongly believe in having the smallest environmental footprint possible and all our of postage and packaging is minimal, recycled and recyclable. 

If an item you have ordered is damaged, please let us know immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within 14 days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Quote your name and order number when emailing hello@moksa.co.uk We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. 

Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
