As a Zero Waste brand with wide environmental values at our core we do not use unnecessary excess packaging or wasteful plastic inserts. We believe it is our duty to the planet and future generations to eliminate plastic from our products and packaging.

We use recycled glass and aluminium containers for each of our products. You can return these to us to sanitise and reuse, thus providing a closed looped system, so no waste is generated. Yay!

Of course, you can keep them yourself as handy storage containers.

Our postal packaging is also plastic free. Products are shipped in cardboard boxes or cornstarch bags. We use shredded paper and dissovable packing peanuts (place one in water and you'll see!) to protect against damge during the postal process. We even use paper tape to seal up your parcels.

Should, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order or are unsatisfied with your product you can return it for a full refund. The following conditions must be met:

The product needs to be returned within 28 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in it's original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs for returning your product to us, unless the item is defective. Items which are personalised cannot be refunded. 

You must contact us prior to returning an item, stating the reason for return and wait for our reply. Items which are sent back unauthorised will be returned to you.
