At Bouclé, we source our kraft gift boxes from a local, highly reputable supplier, with firm ethical and sustainable values. We fill our boxes with recycled kraft shredded paper stuffing, enabling our packaging to be fully plastic free and recyclable.

When sending out orders we carefully package our products with fully plastic free external packaging. These include recycled 'hivewrap' (biodegradable protective paper wrap), recycled paper and packaging chips made from potato starch which are fully plastic free, dissolvable in water and also 100% biodegradable. 

We have a 14-day return policy with non-personalised products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the e-receipt which you will be emailed after placing your order. The cost of the return lies on you unless there is some confirmed issue with the product. We also suggest you use a tracked method of return because we are unable to provide a refund for items lost in transit as they return to us.

Personalised products are not eligible for a return or refund.

Corporate order customers have 24 hours to cancel their order from placing it. Any orders cancelled before this time will be granted a full refund. Any non-personalised orders cancelled after dispatch will be granted a refund but the customer will need to pay the delivery cost to return the items to us in their original condition. Any personalised products cancelled after 24 hours of placing an order or the label being approved (if applicable) will not be eligible for a refund. 

Please do not damage or store the products incorrectly as these items will not be applicable for a refund if returned to us. 

If any products are damaged in the return to us, you will be liable for the costs of said damaged product.
