Here in the Treehouse we like all the packaging we use to do as little damage to the planet as possible. Everything we send to you is made from plants and can either be recycled or composted. We’re committed to keeping our waste as low as we possibly can. We present a plastic free experience.

Cellulose Bags: Those bags your flour and sugar arrive in may look and feel like plastic but they are made from wood pulp and can be composted at home or put in your green waste bin.

PLA: The sturdy tubs we use to send you liquid ingredients are made from corn. Unfortunately these can’t be composted at home but commercial composting is available. If you post your used PLA back to the Treehouse we’ll make sure it goes to a commercial composting facility. PLUS we’ll send you some exclusive content and surprises. Stickers: The stickers that label our wonderful ingredients are made from plants and can be composted at home or put in your green waste bin.

Boxes: The brown cardboard boxes we use are made from 75% recycled material and can be recycled in your household card collection.

Recipe Cards: Our recipe cards are printed on recycled paper and never use silk. You can recycle them in your household paper collection.

Kraft Tape: We use kraft tape to seal up our boxes. Traditional packaging tape is normally made from plastic and cannot be recycled. But kraft tape is a paper product and can recycle right along with our boxes.

This item is perishable and as such cannot be returned. We will offer a partial or full refund in the event that the item arrives damaged. You must notify Treehouse Bakery within 1 week of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Photographic evidence of damaged product or packaging must be provided to be eligible for a refund.

You will be charged 50% of order value if you cancel more than 24 hours before dispatch date. Cancellations 24 hours or less before dispatch date will be charged in full. Cancellation fees may be waived at the Seller's discretion and there is no guarantee of a refund.
