We understand that purchasing custom sweets involves trust and we strive to achieve that in every transaction. However, due to the nature of our products, there are certain limitations on returns and refunds.
1. Refund on Non-Artwork Related Issues:
If your order arrives damaged or if the product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon review, we will either resend the damaged or defective items at no additional cost or offer a refund for the damaged or defective items.
2. No Refund After Artwork Approval:
We provide a proof of the custom artwork for your approval before finalising the product. Once you approve the artwork, we do not offer refunds as the product is customised to your specifications. It's crucial that you carefully review the proof and ensure that everything is to your satisfaction before giving your approval.
3. Cancellation Before Artwork Approval:
If you choose to cancel your order before you have approved the artwork, we will offer a full refund minus any costs already incurred in the preparation of your order. This may include fees related to design work or materials purchased specifically for your order.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of our sweets, except in the case of damaged or defective items as mentioned above.
5. Reporting Issues:
For any issues related to your order, please contact Sweet Yourself Ltd customer service at customercare@sweetyourselftrade.co.uk, description of the issue, and photographic evidence (if applicable). We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.
6. Discretionary Consideration:

Orders may be cancelled without any charge up until the point of artwork approval. If you decide to cancel your order before approving the artwork, please contact us immediately. We will refund the full amount of your purchase minus any costs already incurred in the preparation of your order. This may include fees related to design work or materials purchased specifically for your order.
2. Cancellation After Artwork Approval:
Once you have approved the artwork, your order is sent into production and cannot be cancelled. At this stage, we have allocated resources, materials, and time to create your custom sweets based on your approved design. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund or accept a cancellation after the artwork has been approved.
3. How to Cancel Your Order:
To cancel your order, please contact Sweet Yourself Ltd customer service immediately at customercare@sweetyourselftrade.co.uk. Please specify that you wish to cancel your order. We will confirm the cancellation and the refund amount (if applicable) via email or phone.
4. Last-Minute Changes:
We understand that minor adjustments may be needed. If you need to make a change to your order details (not related to the artwork) after placement, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate these changes, but we cannot guarantee the ability to do so if your order is already in production.
5. Understanding and Cooperation:
We request your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. The custom nature of our products means that preparation begins shortly after your order is placed, involving time, resources, and labor.
