Legacy Marketplace is run by Legacy Events Group Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 11244225, at Wheelhouse, Angel Court, 81 St Clement's Street, Oxford OX4 1AW. Prices and listings.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include our management fee. We sell to you and add UK VAT. Prices marked indicative are our best guide, and we confirm the figure before you pay. Prices from suppliers outside the UK are converted from their own currency. Each listing shows how well we know it, and each sustainability claim says who made it. A claim we have not checked is the supplier's own.
Your account.
Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else knows them. Give us accurate information. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Suppliers.
If you list with us, you must be 18 or over, have the right to sell what you list and to use the photos and words you upload, and describe it truthfully. Your content stays yours, and you let us show it on the site. You must look after any shoppers' personal data you receive, as data protection law requires. Nothing here makes you our agent, partner or employee.
Using the site.
Do not copy the site for commercial use, scrape it, or try to disrupt it or break into it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we will try to give you notice of major changes.
Our liability.
We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data, or for losses we could not have foreseen.
The law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute.
