Customer terms.

These terms cover anything you order through Legacy Marketplace. You order from Legacy Events Group Limited, company number 11244225, Wheelhouse, Angel Court, 81 St Clement's Street, Oxford OX4 1AW. Our terms of service also apply.

Using the site.

Browsing and asking our concierge are free. You only pay for what you order. You need an account to check out.

Prices.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include our management fee. We add UK VAT at checkout (VAT number 305 6724 13). Where a price is marked indicative, or the listing goes through the concierge, we confirm the price with you before you pay. Delivery is not included unless the listing says so; we confirm any delivery cost with you before we charge it.

Payment.

Stripe takes your payment and we never see your card details. We take payment when you order. Rescued stock is different: we hold the amount on your card for up to 5 days while the holder confirms how many they have, then charge only for what they confirm. If they do not confirm in time, the hold is released and you pay nothing.

Your order.

The supplier makes or picks your order and we track it in your account, from placed to delivered. Lead times on listings are the supplier's own estimate. If a date matters, tell us when you order and we will confirm it with the supplier.

Changes and cancellations.

Email marketplace@legacy-events.com as soon as you can. Changes and cancellations follow the supplier's own cancellation policy, which we will tell you before you order. Anything printed or made to your design usually cannot be cancelled once production has started.

See our returns and refunds policy. If you are buying as a consumer, none of this affects your legal rights.
