Our journey is collaborative. Just like West Lexham itself, we are evolving and learning as we grow.

Our project is way more than an aesthetic mission to restore old buildings. We have created a hive for kindred spirits. A sustainable paradise with open doors to anyone who is drawn to our way of thinking. We believe that together, through sharing ideas and learning from each other, we can add value to the world.

Our vision is one of living and learning together. It is not so much a business as a family home opened up for those who share our passions. A place for contemplation, appreciation and transformation for any who seek it. We want to unite a community of change-makers with ambitious dreams of a better life on this planet.

Note : both our spaces The Barn and the Hall Village are including accommodations - no day hire. The prices for both those spaces are based on a 2 night stay.

The Barn can accommodate 22 people and the Village Hall 16 people.

It is your responsibility to make all Guests aware of noise sensitivities and to act accordingly when moving around the grounds. Car doors slamming at night are of particular concern. • We are here to ensure you have the most magical of times and want you to feel very much at home. As such we hope that your Guests will respect West Lexham in the same way that you would expect them to respect your home. Basically we expect a shared responsibility with the house and grounds! • Upon departure you are responsible for leaving the venues as you found them.
