Bio
Your order will always be posted out in plastic free, recyclable (and often recycled) packaging. We use a combination of FSC certified, recycled or upcycled cardboard boxes. Fragile items are sent in plastic-free paper "bubble wrap", and our void fill is made from shredded card (a waste material sourced from a local business). We also use a compostable and biodegradable paper tape, with a plant-based adhesive and vegan-friendly ink.
If you change your mind and would like to return or exchange your order, please get in touch within 14 days of placing your order, and return the item(s) in unused and undamaged condition within 30 days of placing your order. Please retain proof of postage. We will issue a refund (not including postage) within 3 days of receiving the item(s). Exchanged items will be posted out within 1-3 working days of us receiving your returned order.
